Frank has been a member of The New Hope Eagle Fire Company since 1978.  He currently serves as Deputy Chief. 

He is certified in Firefighter I & II, Hazmat Operations, Vehicle Rescue Technician Pump I & II, Engine Company Operations, Structural Burn, MSA Orion 4 Gas Detector Training, Ladder Company Operations, Officer I, Flashover Backdraft Survival, Radiological Monitoring and Decontamination I & II, Initial Company Operations, Rescue I, Tanker Company Operations and in Incident Command.  His special duties include Training Officer and the Banquet Hall Facilities used for fundraising.

Frank has received many awards in his history with the company.  He was a "Burpee Award" recipient in 1990.
